We take pride in our bees located in Adirondack and Green Mountain foothills around the Champlain Valley. Our honey is unpasteurized and unfiltered but slightly heated to gently strain the honey so we can remove any wax and propolis often associated with raw honey while still retaining all the enzymes and flavor that helps build up resistance to allergies and to add pure goodness from the flowers to your diet.
